The MBP Project is one of the largest the company has awarded. It served two purposes:
- To facilitate the ability to move vehicles between the original body shop building, and a newly acquired Annex located up Poss Rd
- To aide in the channeling of water away from the properties as there is a drainage channel located at the rear of the area because 0f the grading of the surrounding land

Scope of work Included:
- Concrete pavement for parking vehicles
- A Retaining Wall with Tooth Curbs to stop vehicles from entering the channel yet allow water to flow in
- Replacement of Asphalt not suitable for high traffic with concrete designed for such use
- Extension of existing driveway to facilitate traffic
