Project Overview
The purpose of the North Star Mall – Fountain project was to eliminate a hazard of a water feature that was no longer functioning. The project consisted of the following:
- Grading
- Doweling
- Re bar Tying
- Concrete Pumping
- Indoor Concrete
- Night/Weekend work hours
The challenge was to reach the areas of the project as it was the middle of a major mall walkway. We were able to minimize impact by waiting until the mall was closed and ensuring we covered all work areas with moisture vapor as well as protective boards.
