Room Addition – Shavano Park, TX

This room addition we recently poured for York Homes in the prestigious Shavano Park neighborhood was quite a unique challenge. The access to the back of the property was very limited and with homes surrounding the lot we have to carefully craft a strategy to make this foundation work.

The project was completed on April 8, 2015 and the homeowner and the contractor both were extremely happy with the end product. We could not have done it without the help of our excellent crew who works to get every detail just right.
